Fair treatment matters when you contact Bodiessteve Concrete. Please let us know if something went wrong. This page explains how to report a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Report

You can tell us about:

• Your experience with our phone or message service
• How your personal details were handled
• Website information that seems confusing or wrong
• The behavior of a provider referred through us

Problems With a Provider's Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. Raise concerns about work at your home with the provider first. Keep a written record of those discussions.

Please also share the issue with us. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Bodiessteve Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return payments made to a provider or speak or act for that provider.

Details to Send

Write to contact@bodiessteve.skin with:

• Your name and contact details
• When you contacted us or the provider
• Which number you used or form you completed, if remembered
• The provider's name, if known
• A brief account of the problem and the action you would like from us

How We Handle Your Message

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, generally within a few business days. We will review what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

Asking for Another Review

If the reply does not settle your concern, respond and request a further review. You may also seek help from your state consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. For issues involving licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
